No it's not your percent of body fat or your metabolic rate.

To determine your ACPP add up all the dollars you've spent on dieting, pills, fitness centers, food supplements, etc. Divide that amount by the number of pounds you weigh less than when you first started dieting. That's your Actual Cost Per Pound.

The chances are very good you probably weigh more than when you first started dieting. Is there a possibility your total cost may have given a child an education.
